Period: You may request an exchange or a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sealed printed products: These can be exchanged or returned as long as their plastic wrap is unopened. Once the wrap is opened, they can be returned only if they have a manufacturing defect or missing parts, or are different from what you ordered. That is why each product page shows photos of the product and its contents, and you can inspect it through the wrap in front of the courier before accepting delivery.

Other products: The product must be in its original condition, unused, complete with all parts, and in its original box.

Damaged, missing or wrong items: Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery, preferably within the first 48 hours. We will replace the product or refund the full amount, and we cover the shipping costs. This does not cover damage caused by misuse.

Returns for other reasons: We exchange the product or refund its price. Shipping costs in both directions are paid by the customer.

Refunds: We check the product when it reaches us and refund you within 7 days of receiving it, using the original payment method, or by mobile wallet or InstaPay if you paid in cash.
