Delivery areas: We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

Shipping fees: EGP 65 per order. Shipping is free for orders of EGP 1,200 or more. The shipping fee is shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order confirmation: After you place an order on the website, our customer service team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the order and address. Orders are shipped only after confirmation.

Delivery time: About 3 business days from order confirmation, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Remote governorates may take one or two extra days.

Payment methods: Cash on delivery, or prepayment by mobile wallet or bank transfer. If you choose prepayment, we send you the transfer details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order, and the order ships once payment is received.

Inspection: You may open the package and inspect the products in front of the courier before paying.

Order tracking: Use the "Track your order" page on our website. We also send you the tracking link on WhatsApp with your order confirmation.

Failed delivery: If the courier cannot reach you, we contact you to arrange another time. If the order is returned to us because delivery failed, we may ask for the shipping fee before sending it again.
